Tomsk. Today OAO NK “Russneft”(RUSN01) and the Government of Tomsk region have signed the Agreement on Cooperation today, says the press-release of "RussNeft". The document covers the key prospects of cooperation of the oil and gas holding and the region for a three-year period. The Agreement is aimed at extending mutually advantageous cooperation, resolution of questions of social and economic development of the region, improvement of the investment climate and stable development of the economy of the territory, support and the development of its scientific and technical potential.
