NK RussNeft OAO has put in operation a five-million-ton-capacity oil loading terminal in Bryansk. Crude oil is to be pumped from the oil pipeline into railway tank-cars and transported by railway to Mozyr and Novopolotsk refineries (Byelorussia), Baltic States and Eastern Europe.
NK RussNeft OAO, the fastest growing oil company in Russia, is going to double its production volumes and bring them to a level of 400 000 barrels per day. The Company also plans to export the most part of its crude thus balancing the slow-down of crude oil production that occurred after the government cracked down Yukos.
RussNeft is ready to increase its gas production volumes in case there is access to the Gasprom gas transportation system (GTS), said President of the Company Mikhail Gutseriev at the press conference in Bryansk.
